How can I help you?
I’m here to help you by helping you understand yourself. Often mental health struggles are mysterious. Why is my brain doing this to me? Why do I feel like this? Where does this anxiety or depression come from?
I understand from experience why these questions can be so distressing, and how it appears that these feelings come out of nowhere. Why your brain seems to be sabotaging you.
In understanding yourself, your thoughts, your beliefs, etc., the mystery becomes clear. Once things are understood they are not so scary anymore. And once we understand we can also release and heal.
Through a process called Holistic Counseling, as well as lifestyle changes and lab work, I do my best to help you find this place.


What's it like working with Matt?
1) We go over your intake forms, including health history, diet, main concerns, etc.
2) We address any basic issues regarding the above and order blood work if pertinent
3) We dive into a Holistic Counseling session
4) We spend 1.5 to 2 hours bringing you to a deeper understanding of yourself
5) The session ends when we've reached a conclusive place for you... a "lightbulb moment"... an area of deeper understanding... some form of enlightenment
6) We book a follow-up session in 3 to 4 weeks, allowing you enough time to process what has been discovered together. We also take a look at any blood work that has been received in this time
*Note that it is up to the patient if you wish to focus more on the physical aspect of things (diet, lifestyle, lab work), or the mental side (Holistic Counseling). If you don't wish to engage in any counseling it's not necessary
