How can I help you?

I’m here to help you by helping you understand yourself. Often mental health struggles are mysterious. Why is my brain doing this to me? Why do I feel like this? Where does this anxiety or depression come from?

I understand from experience why these questions can be so distressing, and how it appears that these feelings come out of nowhere. Why your brain seems to be sabotaging you. But I promise you that that is not the case.

In understanding yourself, your thoughts, your beliefs, etc., the mystery becomes clear. Once things are understood they are not so scary anymore. And once we understand we can also release, heal, and find peace.


Through a process called Holistic Counseling I can help you reach this place.

What's it like working with Matt?

1) We go over your intake forms, including health history, diet, main concerns, etc.

2) We address any basic issues regarding the above

3) We dive right into a Holistic Counseling session

4) We spend 1.5 to 2 hours bringing you to a deeper understanding of yourself and the root cause of your issues

5) The session ends when we've reached a conclusive place for you... a "lightbulb moment"... an area of deeper understanding... some form of enlightenment

6) We book a follow-up session in 3 to 4 weeks, allowing you enough time to process what has been discovered together
